Ordering flowers and gifts in our store is a quick and convenient process. Choose the bouquet or arrangement you like, fill out the form with the necessary information and complete the purchase.
Important:
Please provide the exact delivery address (street, house number, entrance, building). If the address is specified incorrectly (for example, the wrong house or apartment number, or the recipient no longer lives there), the order will be considered fulfilled.
If you are having difficulty deciding on a choice, our managers will help you choose the right bouquet for a specific event or offer an individual option from our florists.
Alternative ordering methods
If you do not want to fill out the form on the website, you can place an order by phone.
After confirming the application, the manager will contact you by phone or email to clarify the details.
Payment and order changes
All orders are processed only after full prepayment. When placing your order, please choose the most convenient payment method.
Possible cost adjustments:
- If the composition of the bouquet changes.
- When suppliers’ prices change.
- During periods of pre-holiday or holiday demand.
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
- If the order was not delivered due to our fault, we are ready to:
- Deliver as soon as possible.
- Refund the money in full (the amount of compensation cannot exceed the cost of the paid order).
Replacing flowers
Certain types of flowers may be unavailable during certain seasons. In such cases, we reserve the right to make an equivalent substitution, maintaining the style, color scheme, and overall appearance of the arrangement.

All data provided during the order process is confidential. We do not share information with third parties. If you wish to remain anonymous, the recipient will only know what you choose to share.
